Individualcures are final sales, excepting the following scenario:

The product contains:  expressly unwanted fragrances or materials to which the client has allergies, and furthermore, this information (of unwanted fragrances and/or allergies) was written and clearly shared in the cure prescription.  In such a case as this, the option of a full refund, or replacement order will be provided (at no charge).

Clients may return cure oils & salts for a full refund, provided the seal remains unbroken and no product has been used.In such a case as this, the client shall pay the return shipping charges, and must provide proper packaging for the bottles.If the product has been used and/or unsealed it is considered a final sale, and shall not be refundable.
